The right massage depends on your goals. Swedish massage is ideal for relaxation, while Deep Tissue and Athletic Massage provide more focused work for tension, soreness and overworked muscles. If you’re unsure, choose the service that feels closest to your needs, we can discuss your goals before your session and make adjustments when appropriate.

Appointments can be booked online through the “Book a Session” or “Book Now” button. You’ll be able to view available services, appointment times and pricing before completing your booking.

Soul Serenity is available by appointment only and does not accept walk-ins. Booking ahead allows each session to be thoughtfully prepared for your individual needs.

For your comfort, consider wearing loose, comfortable clothing and leaving jewelry at home when possible. For the massage, you may undress to your personal comfort level and will be given privacy to do so. You will remain professionally draped throughout the session, with only the area being worked on uncovered.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without a fee when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment total, and missed appointments are subject to a 100% no-show fee.

Please arrive about 5-10 minutes before your appointment, especially if it is your first visit. Because the studio may be preparing for another client, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early.

Soul Serenity Massage is located at 98–100 Eighth Street in downtown New Bedford. Free on-site parking is available in the side lot. Metered street parking is also available nearby and is free after 6:00 p.m. Additional arrival instructions will be included with your appointment confirmation.

Arriving late may shorten your massage so the next appointment can begin on time. The full scheduled service price will still apply, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early.

Yes. Please disclose any medical conditions, recent injuries or surgeries, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy or medications that could affect your massage. This allows your session to be safely adjusted. If you are currently sick, experiencing a fever or have a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment.

Yes. Prenatal massage is performed in a comfortable side-lying position and adjusted according to your stage of pregnancy and individual needs. Please share how far along you are and any pregnancy-related concerns when booking. Medical clearance may be requested when necessary.

A valid card is required to reserve your appointment and protect the time set aside specifically for you. Your card will not be charged until after your completed appointment unless you choose to prepay. Cancellation and no-show fees may apply according to the booking policy. Appointments without a valid card on file may be automatically canceled.

Payment is collected after your appointment unless you choose to prepay when booking. Klarna is also available at checkout for eligible clients who prefer a flexible payment option.

Yes. Digital and physical gift cards are available and may be used toward massage services at Soul Serenity. Digital gift cards can be purchased online, or you may contact the studio for help purchasing a physical gift card.
